Laura Ortega Leon

Hi, I'm Laura, I'm 21 years old and I'm from Valencia, Spain. Right now (apart from living in Krems) I live between Valencia and Madrid, which is the city where I've been studying for almost four years. I love my hometown because all my family and friends live there and we have a wonderful beach, but I have to admit that Madrid is a beautiful and fun city, with endless opportunities. 

My main passion is teaching. I love spending time with children and I really enjoy their company. Not only do I teach them, but they also teach me a lot of things too. I think this interest is connected to my family life, I am the oldest cousin and I have always taken care of and watched my little cousins grow up. 

Some of my other hobbies are cooking and, more importantly, eating. I really enjoy discovering and trying new dishes. My favorite foods are soup and Japanese food, especially sushi. And this is related to another of my hobbies, traveling. I love getting to know new cultures and discovering new places, and their unique gastronomy's.

Finally, one of the most important things in my life are my family and my friends. I love spending quality time with my loved ones and I think I am very lucky.
