Task description

Introduce yourself by name, add where you live, where you study, write about your hobbies, what you are particularly good at, your dreams, visions, wishes, briefly introduce your university, your country. Make the poster interesting. It should contain text and pictures/photos/graphics. Each student creates his/her own poster and introduces him/herself in this first online course.

Comparison with our hometown

Task description

You can find a presentation of our school system in our home country. When our school starts, at what age is school compulsory and what profiles you are able to choose during your school career.

International School systems

Task description

We've visited the "Museumkrems" together and we had a guided tour. We have to choose an object or a subject which we can also find in our hometown and compare them. Tell us why you chose it, write about their resemblances and their differences. Tell us about it's history an importance.

Task description

Create a poster depicting a timeline of the school career in your home country, including speech bubbles with information on various topics relevant to primary school pupils. Examples: a typical school day, homework, languages taught, differences between public and private schools, and class sizes. Think of additional relevant topics to include in speech bubbles.
